Sequencing on Rope - Jocelynn Rudig
Rope - Intermediate/Advanced
SUNDAY 4-530p (AC)
Rope has numerous exciting pathways that lead us in and out in and out of wraps. This workshop explores unique transitions and sequences that lead us to more traditional moves. We will work on some ground moves as well as those in the air. The sequences are geared towards Intermediate to Advanced Rope artists who can easily invert in the air and have an established vocabulary on Rope.
