Star drop variations will include additions like:

candy cane - alternating candy cane, slack drops - fall back - salto - cartwheel topper, knee drop and a very special & secret flared star drop variation for those more Intermediate - Advanced level athletes in attendance.Note for attendees: This workshop has helped many of our students build their way into learning more complex moves like 1 1/2 star (also known as pencil drop) and double stars more easily and with more confidence. It's a great refresher course and progressor if you're feeling stuck or limited in your ability or understanding. We can help you get your very first star drop or help make your current one even fancier! Bio: I've been learning, teaching and performing aerial arts since 2016. I opened my performance and aerial arts instruction company: Shangri-La Aerial Arts in Colorado Springs soon after and have been regularly instructing students, studios and athletes of all skill levels on the art of aerial dance and fitness. I now offer competition judging services as well as top quality aerial event entertainment. My certification library includes the following: Aerial Arts Instructor, First Aid - Health and Safety for Coaches Certification from the American Red Cross. I'm Acrobatic Arts Instructor certified as well as Parkour Instructor certified through WFPF. I also choose to stay Extension Ladder Safety Certified by the American Ladder Institute.
