Flow through two sequences that blur the lines between transition and trick. Throw away efficiency in the name of movement quality. Intentionally break yourself of familiar poses and postures. Explore holes and gaps with the goal of discovering ALL the spaces between points A and B.
PRE-REQUISITES: Ability to safely climb to 15 feet and invert with straight legs, Ability to stay in the air for up to 2 minutes, Comfort with front balances and wheel downs
Jill Katzenberger has been teaching intermediate/advanced silks with Aircat Aerial Arts for the past 12 years. She does not have a dance or gymnastics background, but is known for a dynamic and effortless flow. She is excited to inspire more aerialists to find their own movement quality.
