The perfect workshop for learning new pathways, getting to know your own personal style and for spicing up your repertoire! We will check and improve on all beginner techniques such as, proper warmups, finishing your inversions, straddle backs, spider ups, crochet legs, pointed toes, pretty hands and helpful conditioning! If you have hit that all-too-common glass ceiling or if you are interested in learning to become more comfortable in the air - this is a great workshop for you! You can expect to apply your newly learned skills to music at the end of this workshop. Great for building confidence, validating your abilities and boosting your knowledge! Prerequisites: Prior to this workshop, students should be comfortable with tying a knot or daisy chain on silk from ground level, be able to easily invert, know front hip hang, be able to get on and off of the knot independently, understand straddle back on knot, be able to sit and stand comfortably on knot, have a good understanding of safe exits and know at least 5 poses or tricks within the knot.
